WOR Retreat Experience and Itinerary:

Day 1:

  • Meet and greet your cohort!
  • Complete WOR Modules 1 and 2
  • Determine your type of speaking: Keynote, Professional Development, or Assemblies
  • Speaking Topics and Audience: What are your areas of expertise?

Day 2:

  • Get ready for WOR Modules 3, 4, 5, and 6!
  • Brainstorm your brand and message.
  • What makes a superb educational speaker?

Day 3: 

  • Conclude with WOR Modules 7 and 8!
  • What is a successful business model?
  • How do you market yourself?
  • Book your first speaking engagement.
  • Meet the WOR Bureau! A support network of educators speaking professionally across the country!
